Dr Barve has primarily based his practice in Urban Metro Referral hospital settings with established Postgraduate teaching and training facilities, where is the recognized postgraduate Teacher for Diploma as well as Diplomate orthopedic degrees. He is a reputed faculty and international trainer on Cadaver and Live Arthroscopy and arthroplasty workshops in India as well as ASEAN countries.
